Changes made in the IPID will be effective immediately as soon as the customer publishes a new IPID in IPIDcreator.
No, once you link to the generic URL structure provided by IPIDcreator, you won’t need to update the link every time a new IPID is published. The link will always lead to the latest version of the IPID for that specific insurance product.
The appearance of the hosted IPID is standardized to ensure compliance to the official EU directive and accessibility. Contact us if you have customization wishes for your organisation.

After you have entered into a paid subscription you can remove the IPIDcreator branding / link in the “Billing and plans” section in your account dashboard
